Nut Free White Sauce for Pasta : https://youtu.be/HtgEgAOZx6A

Creamy Cashew Sauce in this video (approximate ingredients):
– 1/2 white onion, chopped
– 1 shallot, chopped
– 5-6 garlic cloves, chopped
– low sodium vegetable broth (used 1/4 cup to cook onions and added about 1 cup total to thin out cashew sauce)
– 2 cups raw cashews, soaked 3-4 hours (use less if you want less fat/calories)
– 1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
– 1-2 tsp. lemon juice
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk + more to thin out if you wish
– salt and pepper to taste
