Today I’m sharing some newborn sleeping tips. This is how to gently sleep train an infant. This is a gentle approach (no crying it out – definitely don’t advise EVER letting a newborn especially do that).
Disclaimer: This is not medical advice. It’s simply techniques and methods I use to get my baby to sleep longer stretches at night. I have NO intention of having him sleep beyond what he’s comfortable with. If he wakes, I will happily feed my baby on demand as usual. This is simply meant to help those who struggle with 15-45 mins wake ups. It may help your baby sleep longer stretches or at the very least give you an arsenal of tools to calm a fussy baby.
