Where Kids Eat Free in the Hartford Area

1. Bobby V’s — Windsor Locks 

Where kids eat free—all day, every day—with the purchase of an adult meal. Choose from grilled cheese, chicken tenders, sliders, french bread pizza, and more. Includes a dessert!

2. Dish ‘n Dat Family Eatery – Canton

This fun family restaurant has a rock n roll theme. Coming in the Spring: kids eat free on Mondays. The restaurant is open until 9pm every night.

3. Hot Table — Glastonbury

Kids eat free every Saturday! Kids can choose from a terrific panini menu including favorites like bacon mac and cheese, chicken panini, or “build-your-own.”

4. The Cookhouse — Milford

Kids eat free every Monday (1 child meal per dining adult). Kids can choose from a unique array of yummies including baby back ribs, chicken wings, chicken tenders, pulled pork sandwich, and BBQ chicken. Don’t forget to add a milkshake or a smoothie!

Where Kids Eat Free in the Fairfield Area

5. American Pie Company — Sherman

Who wouldn’t want to eat at this place with a name like that? Children can eat free every Monday and Tuesday from 4-8pm with each paid adult entree (up to $7.99). Kids’ menu includes breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Try their Cow Polk Chili, crispy chicken wrap, mini corn dogs, or chicken parmesan.  

6. Widow Brown’s Cafe — Danbury

Come on down to Widow Browns on a Thursday night, and kids 10 and under eat free. The standard fare menu offers enough kid-pleasing options that even picky eaters are sure to be happy.

7. Denny’s — multiple locations

Kids Eat Free days vary by location, but always consist of a free kids’ meal with the purchase of an adult entree of at least $6 or more. Valid for dine-in only. Kids can choose from pancakes, chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, chicken on a stick, and much more.

8. 99 Restaurants — multiple locations 

This makes a snow day even better! Kids eat free on snow days with the purchase of an adult entree. Kids can choose from a hot dog, pasta, grilled cheese, junior burger—you name it!

9. Chili’s — multiple locations

Kids eat free if you are a Chili’s rewards member. Chili’s kids’ menu includes burger bites, chicken bites, cheese quesadilla, pizza, and to top it off, chocolate lava cake. 

10. Applebee’s — multiple locations

Become a member of Applebee’s Bookworm Reading Club and read 10 books, then get a free meal with the purchase of an adult meal. Choose from pizza, tenders, chicken alfredo, tacos, or cheeseburger.

11. Moe’s Southwest Grill — multiple locations 

Moe’s kicked off a “Kids Eat Free” program in 2021. Kids under 12 years old can get a free meal on Sundays with the purchase of an adult entree.
