Welcome to another BabyPillars Milestone mastery video edition.
In today’s Milestone mastery video, we will focus on symmetrical body movements for your 0–3-Month-old baby.
At the end of this short video, you will be able to download a list of the most important milestones your baby needs to go over, in the first 24 months after birth.

Let us begin:

Your baby’s objective:
Your baby should make symmetrical movements with his arms and legs.

Your objective as the parent: Check your baby’s ability to make symmetrical movements with his body and movements.

Testing for Milestone Mastery.
Lay your baby on his or her back.
For several minutes, watch your baby for movements.
Your baby’s movements should be similar for each of the four limbs (arms and legs), but not identical.
Speed of movement and its strength should be relatively similar in all limbs, so that there is no arm or leg that your baby moves significantly less than the others.

If your baby passed this milestone, Well done!

You can now check it off the list and continue to the next video.
