On Sunday, May 8, it’s time for Mother’s Day brunch! If we moms had it our way, our special day would involve: Mother’s Day brunch, a full day at the spa with massage, facial, and hot stone healing treatments, Mother’s Day brunch, a gilded chariot to carry us throughout the day, Mother’s Day brunch, and a leisurely stroll around one of Atlanta’s outdoor shopping districts for some. Oh, and did we mention Mother’s Day brunch?!

Grab that champagne flute for bottomless mimosas and take a look at Atlanta restaurants offering special acknowledgment and curated menues on Mother’s Day, for all the queens in our lives. Mother’s Day Brunch 2022 at Atlanta Restaurants

Callaway Gardens – Pine Mountain 

On Sunday, May 8, spend the day (or even the night!) at beautiful Callaway Gardens, about 1.5 hours south of Atlanta. Enjoy a delicious Mother’s Day brunch buffet 12pm-3pm for $54 per adult, $23 per kid (ages 6-12) and free for 5 and under. Besides the Mother’s Day brunch, families can stroll the gardens (in bloom this time of year with their Spring FlowerFest). Mom can even get pampered at the spa while other family members brave the Treetop Adventure ropes course and ziplines

The Garden Room – Buckhead

Treat mom to a gorgeous Mother’s Day brunch at The Garden Room, located in the St. Regis Atlanta. Moms will not only enjoy delicious cuisine and tasty libations, but experience the entire meal in an enchanting, lush garden. The Garden Room’s epic brunch is the brainchild of esteemed chef Freddy Money and is served 10am-3pm. Reservations and deposit required.

The General Muir—Sandy Springs & Emory Point

This upscale eatery is inspired by the classic New York Jewish deli, featuring cured in-house, mile-high pastrami sandwiches, hand-rolled bagels, and other traditional favorites. Located in the center of City Springs, customers can enjoy the vast greenspace while relaxing post-brunch on one of the swinging park benches. Want something new this year? The General Muir (TGM) customers can spoil mom with bagels in bed and special donuts available only on Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8. TGM takes pre-orders online starting Monday, May 2 for Nutella-filled and strawberry-filled donuts ($4 per donut or $21 for six donuts). 

Local Three Kitchen and Bar – Atlanta

Take mom to Local Three for a two-course prix fixe Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 8 from 10am-2pm for $39.93 per person. Can’t make it to the restaurant that morning? Local Three is offering a DIY Mother’s Day brunch kit that includes tasty items like a cinnamon roll tin, bacon, local yogurt, and more.

The Mill Kitchen and Bar – Roswell 

This mainstay in historic Roswell with a Southern menu offers a delicious Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 8 from 9:30am-2:30pm. Moms will appreciate The Mill’s mimosa trios and the signature Bloody Mary. Call for reservations.

Nine Mile Station—Old Fourth Ward 

This rooftop beer garden sits atop Ponce City Market with views of the city, offering creative pub fare, a tempting brunch menu with signature “brunchtails” that include mimosas, champagne cocktails and Bloody Marys. After (or before) brunch, indulge in some carnival games and rides at Skyline Park at The Roof atop Ponce City Market.

Park 75 at Four Seasons Atlanta – Midtown

Treat mom to an epic Mother’s Day brunch at Park 75, located inside the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. From 10am-3pm, hungry families can enjoy an extravagant buffet. 

Park Tavern – Midtown 

This Piedmont Park favorite has a popular Mother’s Day brunch buffet including omelet station, Belgian waffles, and an amazing dessert spread. Brunch is served 11am-4pm on Mother’s Day. Buy tickets in advance as it always sells out. Adults are $49.95; kids 6-12 are $29.95; children 4-5 are $15; and kids three and under are free. For $10 more, adults can have “brunch with bubbles,” which includes all-you-can-sip champagne and mimosas.  

Rays on the River—Sandy Springs

The ultimate pampering for Mother’s Day brunch! This classic American upscale restaurant known for its prime beef and fresh seafood has an outdoor dining pavilion with bucolic views of the Chattahoochee River. Ray’s features a special, family-style Mother’s Day menu for $75 per person from 11am-8pm. Reservations are required. 

The Select—Sandy Springs 

Expect a delightful surprise on Mother’s Day at The Select in Sandy Springs. It presents a special brunch menu on Mother’s Day and always seems to go above and beyond with service and hospitality. The restaurant also features live music (check their website for details) and outdoor seating. Open from 11am-9pm on Sunday, May 8. 


The Southern Gentleman exudes hospitality, and the menu can’t be beat.

The Southern Gentleman—Buckhead 

This Southern-inspired gastropub in Buckhead exudes an ambience of elegance and hospitality of an era gone by. The Mother’s Day brunch menu features a four-course meal with options such as short ribs, griddled French toast with strawberries, chocolate brioche bread pudding, and more. The brunch menu runs 11am-3pm — $59 for adults and $29.50 for kids.

Two Urban Licks – Old Fourth Ward

Enjoy a Mother’s Day not to be forgotten at Two Urban Licks. On Sunday, May 8, the Atlanta restaurant offers Mother’s Day brunch from 11am-3pm and dinner 3-9pm. Hungry patrons will enjoy delicious Mother’s Day specials.

Vas Kouzina—Roswell 

Savor the ambience at this family-owned Greek restaurant in downtown Roswell, offering a variety of homestyle Greek specialties for brunch. Think handmade dolmas, generous Greek salads and spanikopita, souvlakis, and moussaka.  After a savory brunch, take a stroll down Canton Street, filled with shops, cafes, and restaurants that exude a European charm. 

The White Bull—Decatur  

This “farm-forward” local eatery defines itself by a rotating menu that reflects seasonal and sustainable local ingredients. It also has a tantalizing list of craft cocktails—playfully referred to as “prescriptions” given by the bartender. Located in downtown Decatur, where local boutiques, shops, and galleries beckon for a stroll after (or before) brunch.

Zoo Atlanta – Grant Park

Have brunch at the Zoo! Zoo Atlanta members pay $225 for a table of four and non-members pay $250 for a delicious Mother’s Day brunch…and the cost of brunch includes zoo admission! So after dining in the Savanna Hall ballroom, families can check out the pandas, giraffes, gorillas, and more! Guests may purchase up to two more seats per table. Reserve one of two timeslots online: 11am-12:30pm or 1:30-3pm.
