Best Mother’s Day Brunch Restaurants in Nassau County

1. The Cheesecake Factory – Westbury

This popular chain restaurant serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday. Adults can choose from specialty waffles, buttermilk pancakes, and cinnamon roll pancakes, while kids have a brunch menu all their own. There are also Suffolk County locations in Huntington, Bay Shore, and Lake Grove.

2. The Coral House – Baldwin

In addition to a beautiful Mother’s Day brunch buffet spread, this year The Coral House is also offering a dinner buffet. Brunch seating is from 11am-2pm while dinner is from 3pm-6pm. Children under 2 eat for FREE. Advance reservations are required.

3. Garden City Hotel – Garden City

This classic Garden City setting offers a legendary Sunday Brunch. The Mother’s Day brunch menu includes made-to-order omelets and carved meats along with fresh fruit, cheese platters, salads, muffins, pastries, and other desserts. Brunch includes one complimentary cocktail. Seatings are at 11am, 11:30am, 2pm, and 2:30pm.

4. The Library Café – Farmingdale

Home of the village’s original library, here you’ll be treated to a fairytale Mother’s Day brunch. For an extra $10, you can add unlimited champagne and mimosas. Food choices include Texas-style French toast, buttermilk pancakes, eggs Benedict, home fries, and a decadent dessert assortment. Seatings are at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm. Reservations required.

Enjoy a Mother’s Day buffet at the cottage at the Milleridge Inn and then take part in the outdoor family activities.

5. Milleridge Inn – Jericho

Choose from either the sit-down, prix fixe menu at the inn or the buffet option at the cottage for your Mother’s Day brunch at the Milleridge Inn. Both let families take advantage of a host of FREE outdoor activities, including face painting, balloon animals, a bounce house, and more. Reservations are required.

6. Morning Rose Cafe – Bellmore

Gourmet breakfast is served all day, and lunch service begins at 11am. Outdoor patio seating is available if the weather cooperates. Notable menu items include caramelized apple pancakes, banana bread, French toast, and breakfast waffle sliders. Advance reservations are required.

7. Thyme Restaurant – Roslyn

Baskets of tasty breakfast pastries are served with typical brunch entrees at this beautiful restaurant overlooking the pond in Roslyn. Children’s menu options include Challah French toast, pasta, and chicken fingers. Craft brunch cocktails are available, in addition to bloody marys, Bellinis, mimosas, and orange juice.

8. Novita – Garden City

In addition to this popular wine bar/trattoria’s regular menu, a Mother’s Day brunch features dining specials and complimentary brunch cocktails. The restaurant’s regular a la carte dinner menu, as well as a gluten-free menu, are available.

Best Mother’s Day Brunch Restaurants in Suffolk County

9. Babalu – Huntington Village

Babalu’s chef and owner, Alan Gotay, is a retired professional boxer whose menu features dishes that harken back to his family’s Cuban roots. Menu items for Mother’s Day brunch include huevos rancheros, Babalu Benedict, Babalu pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. Brunch is available from 11am-3pm, and the regular menu is available all day. There’s also a special menu for kids. Outdoor seating is available.

10. Butera’s – Bay Shore, Woodbury

Butera’s offers Sunday brunch at its Bay Shore and Woodbury locations. Menu items include grilled pizza with eggs, tomato, bacon, and mozzarella as well as challah French toast with cannoli cream. Mother’s Day brunch is served from 11am-3pm. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. 

11. Estia’s Little Kitchen – Sag Harbor

Chef Colin Ambrose sources ingredients for his restaurant from local vendors and often uses vegetables from the restaurant’s own garden. Pancakes are only served until noon, but omelets are served until 2:30pm. Mother’s Day brunch menu items include various breakfast tacos, burritos, and bowls, as well as more traditional fare such as eggs and pancakes. 

12. Toast Coffeehouse – Bay Shore, Patchogue, Port Jefferson

This popular restaurant group offers an all-day breakfast/lunch menu that includes eggs, omelets, breakfast burritos, French toast, pancakes, waffles, and more. Kids get to choose from their own menu.

13. In the Shed Restaurant – Huntington, West Sayville, Plainview

In addition to its all-day brunch offering dishes like biscuit Benedict, breakfast bowls, and egg sandwiches, there’s also a full dinner menu. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining at all three locations. 

14. Vittorio’s Italian Steakhouse – Amityville

Located in the heart of Amityville, Vittorio’s Mother’s Day brunch includes traditional breakfast items plus a host of other dishes. Indulge in meatball sliders, lox and latkes, fish tacos, or various specialty sandwiches, including a muffalata and Reuben.

15. The Waterview – Port Jefferson

The Mother’s Day brunch buffet at The Waterview includes an omelet and carving station, salads, and a raw bar with oysters, clams, and shrimp. For dessert there are assorted pastries, cookies, and an ice cream bar. Brunch is served from 11am-4pm and advanced reservations are required. Children 3 and under are FREE.

16. Windows on the Lake – Lake Ronkonkoma

Surrounded by views of Lake Ronkonkoma, this Mother’s Day brunch destination boasts a smoked salmon and bagel station, made-to-order omelet station, a kids corner, breakfast and lunch selections, and an international cheese display. Ice carvings make for an over-the-top experience. Enjoy unlimited hot and cold beverages, including mimosas. Moms may enjoy the free rosé option.
